Nobody likes talking to a machine and PharmaStar believes that you shouldn’t have to. PharmaStar focuses on three key beliefs:

Personal – Our pharmacy technicians answer the phone every time you call. That means less waiting and better service for you and your members.

Flexible – We work to understand your needs and design a program tailored specifically to your business.

Available – Sometimes the most important questions occur after the business hours of 8:00 – 5:00. Our on-call pharmacy technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PharmaStar was formed in 1997 and provides PBM services to commercial and Medicaid managed lives throughout the country. Our pharmacy network is made up of over 58,000 pharmacies. 

PharmaStar is organized in the state of Wisconsin as an independently owned limited liability corporation. The organization is neither owned by, nor holds any interest in any pharmaceutical organization.
